  • Once shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days with photos of the damage for review.

Digital products (such as downloadable artwork or stories):

  • Are delivered electronically via email or download link.

  • Must be downloaded within the timeframe provided.

  • Are considered “delivered” once the link is sent.

  • Are nonrefundable due to their digital nature.

7.5 Personal Use License
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

For both physical and digital products, you receive a personal-use license only, meaning you may:

  • Display the artwork in your home

  • Use digital files for personal enjoyment

​You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product or digital file

  • Upload the artwork online

  • Use the artwork commercially

  • Print additional copies for distribution

  • Modify, trace, or create derivative works

  • Use the artwork in branding, logos, or merchandise

  • Screenshot or digitally capture the artwork from the Site or product previews

7.6 No Commercial Use
All products, digital or physical, are strictly for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate written licensing agreement.

7.7 Order Issues
If you experience issues with your order (missing items, incorrect items, damaged goods), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

  • No refunds are provided once work has begun.
